Product are unwashed unprepared produce, we are not inspected by the USDA as we are a small home based farm and exempt from such.

We are not certified organic but we grow without pesticides in a controlled environment.

All produce is grown with Non-GMO seeds!

We adhere to sanitary and clean practices and assure products are kept refrigerated and/or put on ice after harvest.
